We understand that we have chosen Brendan Anning as our celebrant, and that the celebrant we have chosen will be our celebrant on the wedding day, although in the event of disaster, illness, emergency or if it is impracticable for our booked celebrant to attend our wedding, another celebrant may attend, and this of course would be well communicated.

The final payment is due 4 months after booking or 1 month before the ceremony date, whichever comes first.

And that the $400 retainer is required to secure our wedding date and time, as is payment within the specified due date of the invoice.

All payments, retainers and deposits made are non-refundable.

We agree to complete a NOIM in the required legal time and to supply our celebrant with necessary identification. Passports are enough, but if you don’t have a passport you will need to provide a birth certificate and drivers licence. We are both over 18, not related and not already married.

We agree to communicate all of our expectations so we can have the most awesome wedding a service contract would ever allow us to have.

We are booking our celebrant for a minimum one hour and maximum two hour period on our wedding day unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This time begins at least 30 minutes before the time booked above and ends at the earliest, 30 minutes after the time booked above. As a normal courtesy they will be an hour early and stay for an hour but in the event of natural disaster, bride or groom being late, there may be restrictions on time. If a party to the ceremony is more than 30 minutes late they realise that they are risking their presence at the ceremony if he has other appointments that day.
